tesh runs on a terminal (vt100, whatever), connects to a postgres DB and lets people buy stuff. Ideal for your departement's internal chocolate and coke store.

tet is the Tante Emma tool. Used for administrating the DB, creating new users, processing incoming payments, transfers, statistics.
